Are there rules for the SoftPlay Zone?
Do not exceed the recommended maximum capacity for each age group as stated below.
3-5 Years: 8 child capacity
6-8 Years: 6 child capacity
9-12 Years: 4 child capacity
13-15 Years: 3 child capacity
Children age 10 and under using this inflatable and soft play equipment must be supervised at all
times by an adult.
The following items are not allowed in the play zone:
Face Paint
Shoes
Food
Drink
Candy
Gum
Glitter
Slime
Silly String
Confetti Balloons
Sharp objects
Eyeglasses
Jewelry
pets
You will be charged an additional $150 in cleaning fees + any other damages if evidence of these are found in the equipment upon pick-up and/or if the equipment is heavily soiled.

We maintain the highest standards of equipment integrity. We inspect, deep clean, and sanitize every piece of equipment after every use.
What happens if damage occurs to the equipment while it’s in my possession?
The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment and must return it in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. The renter is also responsible for ensuring that all items are properly cared for, that all party-goers follow the soft play rules, and that no damage or theft occurs.

Damage Waiver: If the renter accepts the Damage Waiver, the renter is only responsible for the first $100 of damage or replacement costs if the total cost exceeds $500.
Reporting: The renter must immediately report any accidents and provide any relevant police reports.
Insurance: If the renter has insurance, the Damage Waiver is secondary. The renter must use their insurance first and assign any claims or proceeds from the insurance to the lessor.
Do I have to clean the rental items before you pick it up?
Please return all the balls to the ball pit before our pickup. The equipment should be free of heavy soiling and used only as intended.
If the equipment is returned dirty, as determined by us at the time of pickup, a minimum cleaning fee of $150 will be charged
